An Unexpected Delight, A Customer Service Win!

We were blown away by the hospitality here. Carlos at the front desk went above and beyond, upgrading our room without a charge just because he saw how tired we were. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the coffee was non-stop! However, it would have been nice to have additional seating in the room.

We had a fantastic time exploring the lake nearby! Fishing, hiking, and enjoying a picnic in the beautiful scenery made our family getaway memorable. The staff truly made our stay special, especially Quinn, whose kindness made us feel right at home.

My children wished there were more breakfast options for picky eaters like them.

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in a clean King Room! Staff were exceptionally friendly, making our visit feel welcoming. The breakfast spread was decent, and the beds provided a restful night's sleep. Pro tip, request a room away from noisy areas for a quieter experience!

Clean rooms and comfy beds made the stay enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to medical facilities and various dining options, like Cracker Barrel, was a plus. However, the litter in the parking lot detracted from the experience, along with the presence of unwanted individuals nearby. More upkeep is necessary to ensure a welcoming environment.

During my stay at the Holiday Inn Express, I appreciated the friendly service, particularly from the staff during breakfast, who were genuinely helpful. The clean room provided a great environment for relaxing after exploring. Just a bit of a wait for fresh towels was noticed but didn't overshadow the enjoyable experience.

I booked two rooms and arrived to find only one was available. The clerk was rude and unhelpful, dismissing my concerns about having five people, including my elderly mother, accommodated properly. After asking for more help, I was left waiting with no resolution, forcing us to rely on family instead.
